Breeze Heating & Air, LLC: Service & Parts Policy

At Breeze Heating & Air, LLC, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We stand behind our workmanship and the quality of the products we install. 

1. Labor & Service Guarantee

  • Workmanship Warranty: We offer a [e.g., 90-day or 1-year] guarantee on all labor performed. If a repair or installation fails due to improper workmanship within this period, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with a service performed, please contact us within [e.g., 24–48 hours] so we can address your concerns.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Standard diagnostic and service call fees are non-refundable once a technician has arrived and performed an assessment. 

2. Parts & Equipment Returns

  • Unused Parts: Uninstalled stock parts in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within [e.g., 30] days for a refund.

  • Restocking Fees: Returns for non-defective parts are typically subject to a [e.g., 15–25%] restocking fee to cover handling and processing.

  • Installed Parts: Once a part is installed, it is non-returnable for a refund. Faulty installed parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (see Section 3).

  • Special Orders: Custom equipment and non-stock parts are generally non-returnable. 

3. Manufacturer Warranties

  • Coverage: Most major components (e.g., compressors, coils) are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty.

  • Terms: These warranties often cover the cost of the part only. Labor, refrigerant, and shipping fees for warranty replacements are typically the customer's responsibility unless covered by a separate labor agreement.

  • Maintenance Requirement: Manufacturers may void warranties if the system is not maintained annually by a licensed professional. 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Service Appointments: We require at least [e.g., 24] hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or "no-shows" may be subject to a service call fee.

  • Installation Deposits: Deposits for new installations are refundable if canceled before equipment is ordered. Once equipment is ordered or delivered, a cancellation fee (typically [e.g., 20%]) applies.
